Q1. What Shipping Methods Are Available?
ANS: Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Gati, Ekart, DHL, FedEx, Shadowfax, Ecom Express, and India Post.
Q2. Is Buying On-Line Safe?
ANS: For the most part, yes: online shopping is a safe activity. It can be individuals themselves and their internet and online shopping habits making it unsafe. And that is exactly what cybercriminals rely on. They rely on you not knowing how to identify and avoid phishing emails.
Q3. How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
ANS: You can cancel physical items or orders that haven’t entered the shipping process yet. You can cancel items or orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account.
To cancel orders that are not shipped yet:
Go to Your Orders
1. Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items
2. Provide reasons for cancellation (optional) and proceed
3. To cancel orders that are already shipped:
Go to Your Orders
1. Select the Request cancellation option and proceed further
2. The item(s) will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment is already made)
3. In case you’re still contacted for delivery, please refuse to accept it.
Note:
1. If your order is combined with other active orders from your account and is shipped as a single shipment (common tracking number), then canceling one order/item would result in the cancellation of all the other orders/items combined in the shipment.
2. For orders shipped directly by the seller, your order will be canceled by the seller. A refund will be processed to your original payment method by the seller if the payment was already made.
3. International customers cannot cancel an export order once it is shipped. However, they may refuse delivery of the product(s) and contact us to get a refund.
Q4. How Do I Track My Order?
ANS: You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information. Find tracking information and order details from the Your Orders section in Your Account.
Q5. How Can I Return a Product?
ANS: You may request returns for most items listed on our site that are explicitly identified as “returnable” on the product detail page and/or our policy and within the ‘return window’ period.
